When you embark on a large remodel, you worry; you may even panic. You know what you like but to modernize a beloved 50-year-old property to accomplish it takes more than that. It takes design expertise, patience, insight, courtesy, intuition, and an eye for beauty (as well as precision). Jan Kepler has all of that in spades. We bought a cottage by the sea, and we have lived in it, throughout the pandemic, deciding what we need to do to update it in order to make it our style and ready for our next steps in life. Jan listened to us, honored our budget by asking difficult questions, created a gorgeous design for each room and then helped us get all the cabinetry ordered.
